The reason I was asking about your modem is that many cable & broadband modems use firewall type protection which reduces incoming. This can reduce your connectivity for purposes of p2p, games & video conferencing. You'd need to do what's known as forwarding a port which will allow LW access. That's why it's important to obtain this info. You will will need to configure your norton firewall to allow Limewire (LW) access.
