Why does LimeWire disconnect almost every 5 to 10 minutes?

What should I do? I have the latest version 4.2. It even disconnects when I exit LimeWire. Could someone help?

A. Update your Java: Java 1.4.2 (click on link)
B. Delete your LW preferences called .limewire & found here: C:/Documents And Settings/your_username/.limewire

Tell us your 1. Operating System version, 2. Ram,
3. Connection type,
4. Modem/router brand name & model number,
5. Where are you trying to connect from (school, home, work, etc.)?
6. How long have you used LW & how long have you had this problem? Have you installed anything lately that's may have affected LW?
