I have rebooted the modem and router and under bug report incoming files it still says false. Mcafee is not the problem but i still dont know what hte problem could be. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Livewire still says turbocharged and it stills says false under the bug reporter but my downloads have increased speed to about 3 kbs since i have tried all these things does that mean anything?

I think you'll need to check your settings again. Are you sure you configured your d-link properly. At least your modem does not use nat or firewall I was able to find out.

Dare I ask but which isp do you use. It's just I'm aware Cox does off that type of modem. Cox has been chopping people's p2p use & limiting their service for p2p.

Whether your XP firewall is turned on/off you did configur it for both LW & javaw didn't you?
