 I have rebooted the modem and router and under bug report incoming files it still says false. Mcafee is not the problem but i still dont know what hte problem could be. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?  |

| Livewire still says turbocharged and it stills says false under the bug reporter but my downloads have increased speed to about 3 kbs since i have tried all these things does that mean anything? |

| I think you'll need to check your settings again. Are you sure you configured your d-link properly. At least your modem does not use nat or firewall I was able to find out. Dare I ask but which isp do you use. It's just I'm aware Cox does off that type of modem. Cox has been chopping people's p2p use & limiting their service for p2p.
