Do you seriously think they are going to tell you they are secretly filtering or blocking your use of p2p without your permission. In my country you could potentially take action over such a low move of limiting services without your knowledge.

As far as your connection goes, well we'll need some more details:
Can you give us a total desciption of your set up: 1. OS version,
2. What firewalls you have,
3. ram, 4. HDD space available,
5. Connection type,
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers,
7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?
These details are vital if you want us to find out what your connection problem is.

Yo could try these things: Fixes for Limewire or the beta 4.3.3: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/beta.shtml

You could try forcing ip using port 6346: Force IP instructions & sample image

Another option to test things out is by a suggestion here: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=32882
