![]() Why would insight tell you that they are secretly suppressing your service? It wouldn't look good for them. But check out their own forum in the link Fabion gave you. Sandevine filter is well known to be used by some isp's. Isp's do it b/c p2p uses up a lot of bandwidth. It may stress their service.
