Won't connect??

I have just moved into a dorm and the school has a T1 network running. However, when i tried to connect with limewire 1.6d it never connects? it tries, but as soon as it connects to a server it disconnects? whats wrong?

Go take a look at the LimeWire FAQ Section 3.3
It don't look good news.
