can't connect
 

we recently downloaded LimeWire and have yet to be able to connect to it. this aggervates me b/c we paid for the services and can't use them. i did all the stuff the help menu said to do about the firewall. does it just take forever to connect or do i have a problem? also how do you tell when you have connected? TIA! also is their not a number that you can call for tech. support to help me? this makes me mad!
