 Try deleting your LW Prefs folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire May I repeat Fabion's question, who is your isp? We 'might' be able to find out if they are applying filters to slow you down. There's a no. of isp's that do it nowadays b/c p2p uses a large % of bandwidth when they'd prefer to save it for just the average surfer. Also, delete some of your incompletes that are around the 0% mark. Go to incomplete folder & list it in size mode & delete those that are 0 KB. Then after opening LW click on top of status column so it arranges your downlds in order of % downlded. Then delete those that are 0%.
