Hmmm for whatever reason, I tested port no. 6346 again and it worked on the test page. It was a "success"!

Now, when I try to connect to limewire, I get an error message that either my internet is down or I have a firewall. My internet is fine, everything else works. My only firewall on my computer is a windows firewall, and I have done everything to make sure port 6346 and limewire is unblocked. I even turned it off for a short period to see if LW would connect. It didn't, I got the same error message. Could my campus have some sort of wierd firewall where my internet can still get into port 6346, but not allow limewire?

The only other thing I can think of on my computer is AVG virus protection. That wouldn't do anything would it? To my knowlege there is no firewall with it on my computer. It is the free edition
