Thanks for yor sugestion but,
I dont inderstand what you mean by "have a search (upper right) for port forwarding and setting a static ip"

I have tried within the limewire preferences setting the router configuration to manual port forwarding at 6346.
Doesnt seem to make a difference.
I have no idea what u mean by setting a static ip though.

This may just be me being really dense but if u could explain this to me as i am completely stuck.

I have been in contact with my network administrators today, i get the feeling that the port has been blocked, although the person i needed answers from wasn't there.


If this is the case does that mean i will deffinately NOT be able to get around this??
