trouble

i have limeware 4.8.1 i have tried all the rec.system and firewall changes.it still doesn't work. help.thankyou.

Computer type and CPU
Operating System and sp (MAC,Win98)
RAM
HDD
Firewalls
Java Version
Modem type and model no.
Router type and model no.
Connection type (Dialup,ADSL,DSL,Cable)
Who is your Internet Service Provider
