Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

![]() That didn't work. I have tried on different ports too, from the standard 6346 to other ones. I was thinking maybe the fact i can't access the limewire server on www3.limewire.com 6346 was because it's been filtered out on the gateway, but if you are saying it's down for you too maybe thats not the case. Would there be a way of manipulating the packets sent by limewire to avoid the filtering taking place on the gateway to the net.? Also is therre a sure fire way i can determine if this is the case? Using a proxy would be redundant if the filtering is taking place before the packets are reaching the internet. |
