Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www.grc.com/port_6346.htm (Press Probe this port button) Does it say open or closed? If 6346 is closed then find a port no. that's open & you can use! Test different port no.'s! By the way, the last http proxy suggestion I heard is to use port 80 b/c that's what the browsers generally use & isp's can't very well block that port or they'd be outta business! lol
