 Tools>Options>Advanced>Proxy Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewalls & listening port & 'possibly' manually port forward. Both ports should be the same I believe. Personally I've never tried a proxy so I need to rely upon user feedback. All suggestions so far (other than what I researched) has been by user feedback. I know one mod member of the forum tried a proxy as an experiment & it worked. AFAIK that latter report is irrelevant except that it reports that you are properly firewalled & don't give away your comp's personal address.
