Connecting Solution
 
Thks to Lord of the Rings for your advise. My ISP block port 6346 and the only way out was to remove LW folder as suggested. Change start up to manual and changed port number to 80. On restart it worked perfectly. Thks. Any suggestions on a good firewall ?.
