someone help me please
 

I recently had to restore my cpu, and since then I have discovered a problem that I have never had before with limewire, everytime I start it up, I get a poor connection, that never improves, and if I try to access options or do a search the entire program freezes and will not shut down period.

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and turned off my firewall, and the problem continues to persis, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Update-

I changed Java 1.5 that seems to have done some good, but overall the problem is persisting, I uninstalled the windows sevice pack 2, and that did no good, I did everything on the limewire fixes and none of it worked, someone help please, I still have 67 gig space, running XP, running a Linksys wireless adapter, someone help please.
