Unhappy Troubleshooting

I have windows xp professional. Whenever I try to run Limewire, a window pops up stating that it was unable to locate a port for listening. How can I fix this? I tried following the instructions on the website for enabling my firewall, but some of the instructions were unclear. I have McAfee Personal Firewall and I added Gnutella, like the instructions called for. Please help. Thank-you

For firewalls: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml

You only need one firewall & 2 can interfere with each other. So I'd recommend you close either your XP or McAfee. What modem/router brand & model do you use? Let's hope your model can utilise UPnP technology. Otherwise you may need to forward a port.
