Preferences not being saved
 

when i load up limewire it says that limewire was unable to write a necessary file and now i dont have permission etc. etc. and that limewires preferences will not be upheld and that it might act in weird ways. Everytime i load up limewire it has to reload all the songs i am sharing and its annoying. Can someone help me?

You need to be the admin of your computer to install LW. If you've installed it or set it up in such a way that you're saving preferences to an area you don't have priviledges to use, then that might be why you have a problem.

i am the computer admin. so now what should i do?

i also cant get lw to save my library and i cant make a play list aswell. I am running windows XP
