 Cox has been known to filter some users. See ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire After opening LW wait 10 to 20 mins or longer before using. Let it settle down 1st. DJ Flipped check that your modem does use UPnP. 'IF not' you may need to forward a port which requires a static ip & also LW adjustments here: Manual port forward instructions & sample image & 2 posts after that.  |
