My LimeWire won't open.
 

My LimeWire won't open when I click on it. This started happening about 2 days ago. When I click on the shortcut on my desktop the loading icon comes up next to my cursor than then dissapoears within a second and nothing happens. I went to the "LimeWire Win" shortcut I have on my desktop to see if I could install it again and see if that would work. I installed it again and tried clicking on the shortcut but the same thing happened. What's wrong?

FYI: I use Limewire Basic

Go to program folder & open directly if it opens then your shortcuts are corrupt & need to be recreated. If still no good, try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire This fixed it for me. ;) :)
