Cant Connect, My ISP changes
 

Looks like lots of people have been having trouble connecting.

I have been reading through all of the other threads, but i cant find something which is exactly like my problem.

Im porblem is that when i go through the Network Connections and firewall sections, and you have to input in the ISP address 127.0.0.1, and do all the rest.... I manage to complete all of that, but when i return to check what i have done (because Limewire still isnt connecting) my name has changed to user-830b4df217.

Any idea whats causing this and more importantly how to fix it??
