heres the deal im gettin really pissed....

1-my computer sucks. it has a 28.8kbps modem and it just came out last year.
2-on good days it runs at 34.6 kbps.
3-i set LW to use 100% of the bandwidth for downloads.
4-it goes at a WHOPPING SPEED OF 2KBPS and all the way up to 3kbps if i close every window.

y is it so slow? what can i do?

its mainly dependant on ur internet speed, i also had the same problem and since upgrading i was able to get downloads at 200kb/s

also even if you close all windows it wont matter some programs can still be running
