can't connect
 

I really have no idea what I'm doing for the most part. But yesterday when I first downloaded LimeWire and all that, the connection was fine and I downloaded five songs and everythign was fine. Then when I tried to get back on today, only one of the five bars at the bottom is green and it says Quality:Connecting. I have no idea what to do. Can someone help?

try to reboot the system, then clean out all spam spyware..

defrag / scandisk,,,./ then reboot again..
