 Well if you can't connect with all those programs then it's either your internet provider blocking or it's a router or firewall causing problems. It would be very helpful if you could do that test I suggested you try above. If you have the trial version of Norton firewall & it's expired then you should remove it! Uninstall it. It might be adding to your problems. Also configure your XP firewall using the link I gave above.  |
