It won't come up at all

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me Iv'e never used this prgram before and I heared about it through a friend...when I try to bring it up it freezs on the very begging were it says limewire and the version witch is 4.9..and the copyright..but will not go past that part..iv'e even tryed uninstaling it and reinstaling it about 6 times now and it does the same thing HELP me PLEASE!!! thanx :confused: :mad:
