complaining about limewrire
 

My Limewire isn't even working and I don't even know what to do to fix it.

this is the place to ask but giving details of your equipment etc together with error messages will help some one give a more helpful answer than this. There are windows/mac/linux etc specific forums. check out the faq and do a search of the forums to see if there is a problem like yours

Furthermore do you have Limewire basic and did you pay for it because you should not have.
