help please!!
 
hi. whenever i try to run P2P programs (eg kazaa or limwire or PPLive) i cant get a connection to the program hence cant share and download files. I have disabled the Windows firewall and norton antivirus and still nothing changes. Has anyone got any ideas about what to do any help would be much appreciated?

Check With your ISP and see if they block p2p networks
