Gnutella Forums - Keeps getting stuck on 'loading user interface'

Dear Guys,

I'm having some real issues with Limewire. To make it easier I'll number it all:

1. I opened it today and it repeatedly got stuck on the small opening dialogue window, where it says 'loading user interface'.

2. I reopened it a few times. No change.

3. I uninstalled it, dowloaded new installer and downloaded/installed new Limewire no probs

4. Opened Limewire and still same problem.

5. I installed new Java updates and no change.

I'm not much of a tech head, but here's what I can tell you. It's run on Windows XP, I had a firewall blocking the installer on opening but granted access, heaps of free memory, and never really had any Limewire probs before. I'm running broadband. It also looks like the little Java icon that's normally there isn't in the toolbar icons.

It's not physically frozen, it still looks like its loading, but won't actually load. What do I do? Please Help!
