Cannot Download anything
 

Help!

I have just downloaded latest free version but it will not download. It appears to be a firewall problem but I have followed the guidelines and added Ports 6346 to Windows Firewall and also to my ADSL Modem. What am I doing wrong?
I am running Windows XP using a Billion 741 GE ADSL Modem via iiNet (ADSL Provider). I can access internet and my email and my daughter's iTunes download OK. I have de-installed and re-installed, but to no avail.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
