Constant Disconnecting
 
I am a new user/poster so bear with me please.

I am constanly being disconnected 11 times in an 8 hr period

I'm running windows home XP sp2

I have blocked my firewall

I ran the test that grandpa suggested test worked

download speed is 3847 Kbps

there is no indication that the program is going to disconnect it just does

there is no error code given

Can some one help me

disconnecting getting worse
 
As it stands right now i'm getting disconnected about every 20 to 25 min

I've had the program less than a week

have e-mailed tech support and they have answered all my questions except why I am constantly getting disconnected

Tech support will not/has not even acknowledged my request for help on my disconnection problem

As it stands right now the program is un-useable. From the time I click a file to download and go tinkle the program has disconnected.

I've done every thing I can think of to do

I reconfigured my fire wall per the instructions

Deleted Avast virus scanner, purchased and installed McAfee virusscan hopeing that would solve the problem but it did not.

Does anyone have a suggestion

disconnect problem solved
 
Removed old program, requested , received and installed new download

Solved problem have stayed connected for up to 6 hrs
