 FAO : Lord of the Rings When i load up Limewire, i get the following error message : "Your machine does not appear to have an active internet connection or a firewall is blocking Limewire from accessing the internet. Limewire will automatically keep trying to connect you to the network unless you select "Disconnect" from the file menu." although i can access the internet fine. below are all the answers to you reply you sent me : 1. Windows XP 2. Windows XP firewall 3. 192 Mb of RAM 4. 136 Gb 5. Broadband 6. Motorola SB4200 7. Home 8. Limewire 4.9.37 and Java 1.4.2_05 9. Blueyonder 10. na 11. It came up with 'Your Test worked' 12. It is a new problem and i am an experienced user. Thanks for replying, hope all the above information can help you fix my problem.  |
