PRO flopped to poor/fair!!!

Purchased Limewire PRO-Poor Fair connex..
Like the others, I am suddenly down from a good-turbocharged connection to poor/ fair after I purchased PRO. I have disabled Windoze firewall, and McAfee is set that same as b4, what is up???????? THanks, Ellie in FLorida esp@gbso.net
