Could run LW, but now it won't connect

Well, I was running LW fine over the weekend but last night I couldn't connect. I'm a new user to the program and I checked both my norton's firewall and my window's xp firewall to allow LW to access the internet, but still nothing. Please help. Oh maybe this helps, It just sits in the Currently connecting to the server, I left it on all night and it never connected.

1. OS version? Window's XP
2. What firewalls you have? Have the window's one and Norton's
3. How much ram? 1 gig
4. Hard Disk space available? Somthing like 50 gig
5. Connection type? Cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Motorola, SB5100 Surfboard, Cable Modem
7. Where are you trying to connect from? home
8. What version of Limewire. LimeWire 4.9.37, Java 1.5.0_03
9. Who is your isp provider (Internet Service Provider)? Teton Wireless
10. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Well I have kazaa loaded on but not using it and its my home computer not linked with any others.

Now, I know nothing about LimeWire, but I've been using it long enough to tell you something's up.

In the last few days, I haven't been able to maintain a connection with any hosts. They connect, but then *very* few messages are exchanged. The bandwidth rarely, if ever, gets above 0.0000/0.000KB/s, and then they disconnect a few minutes later, to be replaced by another host that does the exact same thing.

Also, in all the experience I've had with LimeWire, here's something else I know: you're not going to get a straight answer out of ANYBODY.

I tried http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ and it didn't work, so what am I suppost to do?

Ran https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=6346 and I'm stealted, don't know what that means.

I've deleted my .limewire /settings file

I thought I made it so my firewalls are usable by LW.

I'm really running out of options and oh so confused.
