Operation has been canceled.

Ive been getting this error

This operation has been canceled due to restrictions on this computer.

I do not have restrictions on this computer. Is this weird or what. What I did do was copy all contents from the administrator to my username. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you.

If you are running XP you can do a system restore and restore it to a date prior to the event.

I never ran 2K so I dont know.
