how do I get a better connection (dsl)
 

As a previous thread described I also have usually only one green bar in the lower left hand corner exept for once in a whil I get all of them and them they come and go. How do I get a better connection. I believe I am using dsl internet, it is through time warner cable and its called roadrunner any help would be apperciated

need more green bars
 

i did a speed test and i can dpwnload at 898kbps and upload at 270kbps but i still cant get more than one green bar, please help
