No Incoming Connection
 

Hello everyone,
I'm student in uni, our faculty plan to use Limewire in our intranet, when we share the file, we can see the shareing file from other computer, but we cann't download, all of our computer only has outgoing connection,no Incoming Connection. We thought maybe because of the firewall.
Could you give us some suggestions to solve this problem.
