![]() I asked the computing services on campus and I was told that they dont block access to p2p networks at all, but they do restrict the amount of bandwidth each person can use for p2p. What else could be causing this?!? The only networks I can connect to is Emule, and, no offence, but I cant find what Im looking for on the this network.... |
