HELP!!! Can't connect!
 

I've seen a lot of posts on how to change firewall settings to connect, but they don't help me. I'm using Win2k with a router/firewall, but the firewall isn't blocking anything.

I am using N.A.T. (Network Address Translation0 but that's it. No ports are blocked.

Why won't the software connect properly? I've deleted the preferences folder as told to do, but it didn't help. I bought the pro version of the software and I really want to use it.

You need to configure your router what brand and model number is you router

It turned out to be my Norton Anti-Virus Worm Protection. I turned it off and everything worked.
