 Hi ... please can you check that your accomodation/dorm .. has not started capping p2p use ... This is the first thing I'd look at from what you say. Also ... when you start Limewire does it start with any incomplete downloads in the download window. Try clearing these (they can be resumed later from the Library window. ....and restarting Limewire. Also go to options>speed > Ultrapeer capabilities >and tck "dissable ultrapeer capabitities" Let us know if any of these help
