 It's Optimum It's Optimum!!! They did it in December for almost two weeks and again for about a week in January! There is no fix and their customer service is full of it. They have recieved enough complaints about it and still deny any knowledge.  |

| I've been a bit slow to wake up, but in any case it was all pointing to the this issue. ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire I did check the thread earlier but thought they were listed further down the page, which they are. But a different point made. |
