Who told you your isp is not shaping bandwidth for p2p use? Their receptionist/salespeople? They're symptoms of filtering. Without more details I can say much.

1. Try downldilng a magnet link from this site & observe what happens: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml Follow it bit by bit & tell us what happens.

2. Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False?

ok

ok it does say false so doesn this mean I should follow the instructions for isp that block psp2 sharing?

1st check all the options here for firewalls, upnp / manual port forwarding for modems/routers: Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link)

Who is your ISP btw?

Similar Problem - No Solution??!!

Hi MichalMystic:

I've been having a similar problem and perhaps you can help me? I'm running Win XP, Limewire Pro, have an Agere modem, and find that everything works fine EXCEPT when I start trying to use Tor-Privoxy. My thread is at:

http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...&highlight=tor

I'd greatly appreciate any help? Where is that post on Tor-Privoxy that you mention by the way?

Thanks!
