cannot launch
 

I cannot launch LW on my account but on my wifes it works fine, everytime i click on the icon nothing happens!!!
What gives

Actually my isp had put a hold on file sharing, unbeknownst too me, so here i was almost too the point of smashing this thing
too bits, when i finally phoned them up and lo and behold, 'hey all we gotta do is flick the switch' and 24 hours later i got access.
