Default Start up problem - Help please

I have installed sucessfully LW 4.10.9, but once I open it, I get the following message and it does not start up:

... 7 more

STARTUP ERROR!

-- listing properties -- "

I am skipping the rest of the message as it refers to my system (it is 5 pages long!).

Would appreciate that someone help me in this regard. I use to have an older version and it worked properly, but once, at opening I got a similar message and was unable to start it up. I then downloaded and installed most recent version of Java and LW and I am still getting that message.

Thank you for any help.
