Limewire Not starting up
 

I have been using Limewire for over 6 months now and love it. Never had any problems until now. When I double click in the Limewire icon to start it up the Limewire green start up screen appears for about 5 seconds then disappears. The program has not started up for me for over 3 days now. I have tried to uninstall all Limewire programs and then re-install Limewire. It still does not work. I am hoping someone will know how to fix this.

I am having the same problem. I wish you luck in finding out the solution to your problem.

(if you've used an old version of LW before, you might also have a preferences folder in the old location...see point 2)

If you need to reinstall LW, make sure to use the offline installer (not the reccommended one)

what did u try, MINE IS STILL THE SAME, when i start lime, it shows the icon, then it says loading user interface etc, and nothing happens.
