But my downloads is always at 1KB/s ~ 2kB/s and it never rise....

Downld a magnet link from here & tell us what speeds you get http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml

With LW closed, choose nearest location for a speed test & only have your browser open: http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/speedtest/

Some tips here also Slow Speeds, & I guess also see the following link & follow “ALL” the off-shoot links to find hints & extra skills to help: To continue files downlding (click on link)

Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False?

It sounds like your ISP (internet service provider) is shaping your p2p bandwidth use. Who is your ISP?

BTW can you report here what your speed tests were. Remember if they quoted speeds in kbps then you need to divide it by 8 to give you KB/s.

kilobits per second divided by 8 = KiloBytes per second
ie: 8 bits = 1 byte

The only reason I can see for your problem is your ISP. If you get incredibly slow speeds from magnetmix then it sounds highly suspicious.

I presume you're not sharing your bandwidth with other computers or programs. If yes, then that might be the reason. Otherwise it points to your ISP using bandwidth shaping aimed at p2p programs. Try BearShare Lite to see if you have the same problems http://www.filehippo.com/download_bearshare_lite/

Yes, I use the windows xp internet connection sharing in my computer to share the internet with 2 PCs....
But when i was testing the download speed both PCs was off...
Is there some problem???

and it happens with others p2p programs like bittorrent (azureus and bitcomet), emule, kazaa.....

It might be wise to talk directly with Predialnet to find out if they have an anti-p2p policy or shape bandwidth at certain times of the day. It would be best to talk to a technician there rather than the people at the front desk. If all p2p programs you have tested have the same problem, then it does sound like the problem is your ISP. Ask them why your speeds should be fine for browsing but not good for p2p when there's no reason for this. Give them the example of the magnet link site. You should be able to obtain over 200 KB/s speeds downlding from there (if your internet speed can get up to that speed.)

BTW if you're using windows XP you might want to consider this patch http://www.lvllord.de/
