if i have got a firewall do i need someones ip address to allow me to download

Firewall

Make sure your firewall is properly configured to allow LW full access & you should be fine. Likewise, if you have a high speed connection, no doubt you'll have a NAT firewall in your connection device. To overcome this, follow the UPnP instructions or port forward instructions.
