There are allot of other choices out there that don't limit what you can use it for. They give you what you paid for. There is DSL which is very competitively priced with cable. Just one question why do you need high speed Internet so that a page loaders 4 sec faster. Well you can do that with 512k DSL probably for less money and use LimeWire at the same time.
