Can't Connect -> Try Changing Port

Folks,

There is a thought that more ISPs might be blocking port 6346. Try changing your Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Port to something else (say 6550) and see if that helps. Perhaps not but it is worth a try. You would probably need to connect out to a non-6346 port as well which is a little trickier. Someone needs to experiment with this.
