Can not open Limewire 4.9.30

Hi,
I tried to open Limewire from my desktop and I am getting a mesage from window saying "the shortcut is missing", this is something new to me...any ideas?

Recreate the shortcuts for it then. Go to the program folder & right-click the LW program to achieve this.
