Ever since today i can't connect to limewire. All it says is STARTING CONNECTION and that were it stays. I have to idea what going on. I have been using it for about 2 years now and this is my first problem i'm having with limewire. Does any know what might of cause this problem or if any1 else has the same problem i do.:mad: :mad:

Can you give us a total description of your set up:
1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98)
2. What firewalls you have?
3. How much ram?
4. Hard Disk space available?
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.)
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?
8. What version of Limewire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.
9. Who is your isp provider (Internet Service Provider)?
10. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up.

Window XP Pro SP2
I have the regular Firewall that comes with XP.
I have 512 Ram
120GB Hard Drive
broadband Connections
I have a Belkin Router
Connecting from Home
LimeWire 4.10.9 Pro
Optimum Online

But it never had a problem until today. I have no idea what happen.

Thanks, i hate when **** happen like this. If any1 knows how i can change this let me know. I'll just have to wait and see if it can connect later.

:D :D :D For some reason my LW is back on again at turbo connection.:D :D :D

It back to the same thing again where it stays in STARTING CONNECTION, this is really gettin me mad. Is there any other p2p that is as good as LW Pro??
